PROBROU STORE / PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Probrou provides digital storefront, product discovery, and communication functionality that allows Store Owners to showcase products and allows Customers to discover products and communicate with Store Owners.

Products displayed through Probrou Stores are offered by the respective Store Owners unless expressly stated otherwise. Probrou is not automatically the seller, manufacturer, supplier, distributor, owner, delivery provider, or warranty provider of products displayed through a Store.

2. SHOP NOW

The "Shop Now" feature helps Customers discover products and connect with Store Owners. Selecting "Shop Now" does not by itself mean that:

• An order has been placed;
• A purchase has been completed;
• Payment has been made;
• The product has been reserved;
• The Store Owner has accepted an order.

Customers should communicate with the Store Owner and confirm the relevant transaction details before making a purchase.

3. DIRECT TRANSACTIONS

Unless Probrou expressly provides a transaction service, purchases and other arrangements are made directly between the Customer and Store Owner. The Store Owner and Customer are responsible for agreeing on:

• Final price;
• Availability;
• Payment;
• Delivery;
• Pickup;
• Shipping;
• Invoices;
• Returns;
• Refunds;
• Exchanges;
• Cancellations;
• Warranties;
• Other transaction terms.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Probrou does not ordinarily collect or require Customer payment information or payment proof for direct transactions between Customers and Store Owners. Customers should not provide payment information to Probrou merely because they use the Shop Now feature.

If a Customer voluntarily provides payment proof, a payment screenshot, bank information, UPI information, or other payment information directly to a Store Owner, that information is being shared by the Customer with the Store Owner. Customers should exercise caution when sharing financial or personal information.

5. CUSTOMER ADDRESS

Probrou does not ordinarily require or collect a Customer's home or delivery address for direct Store transactions. A Customer may voluntarily provide their address directly to a Store Owner if necessary for delivery or another arrangement. Customers should only share their address when they are comfortable doing so and consider it necessary.

6. STORE OWNER ADDRESS

Probrou may collect and display the Store Owner's Store address or business location as part of the Store functionality. Store Owners are responsible for ensuring that the address or location they provide is accurate and appropriate to display.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Probrou does not guarantee that all product information provided by Store Owners is:

• Accurate;
• Complete;
• Current;
• Authentic;
• Suitable for a particular purpose.

Customers should verify important product information directly with the Store Owner before purchasing.

8. PRODUCT QUALITY AND SAFETY

Probrou does not automatically inspect or guarantee every product displayed by Store Owners. The Store Owner is responsible for applicable product quality, safety, authenticity, legal compliance, labelling, warranties, and other product-related obligations.

9. GST, TAXES AND LICENCES

Store Owners are responsible for determining and complying with their own applicable:

• GST obligations;
• Tax obligations;
• Invoicing requirements;
• Business registrations;
• Licences;
• Product certifications;
• Regulatory requirements.

Probrou does not determine whether a Store Owner is required to register for GST or any other tax or licence.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES

Unless Probrou expressly provides a particular service, product returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and warranties are handled directly between the Customer and Store Owner. Customers should clarify the applicable return, refund, cancellation, and warranty conditions before completing a transaction.

11. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION

Store information, product information, links, advertisements, and other Content may be provided by Users or third parties. Probrou does not guarantee or endorse every third-party product, Store, service, claim, or recommendation.

12. CUSTOMER CAUTION

Customers should use reasonable caution when:

• Making payments;
• Sharing personal information;
• Sharing addresses;
• Sharing payment proof;
• Meeting Store Owners;
• Arranging pickup;
• Accepting delivery;
• Purchasing products.

Customers should independently verify information that is important to their transaction.

13. PROBROU'S ROLE

Probrou's primary role is to provide:

Probrou helps Customers discover products and connect with Store Owners. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Probrou does not guarantee or control the outcome of transactions between Customers and Store Owners.

14. NO GUARANTEE

The appearance of a Store or product on Probrou does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, or warranty by Probrou. Customers and Store Owners are responsible for their own decisions and transactions.
